This form contains fields that were not present in the previous version of the survey form. For those of you who submitted our last survey request, please would you complete the additional fields and return to us.

Elise Daffue, the technical consultant and data collector for the survey will be making telephonic contact with all rhino owners shortly. Please familiarise yourselves with your rhino records and give her your full support and co-operation.

Hierdie vorm  bevat velde wat nie in die vorige weergawe van die opnamevorm voorgekom het nie. Vir u wat reeds die vorige opname ingedien het, versoek ons dat u asseblief die bykomende velde voltooi en aan ons terugstuur.

Elise Daffue, die tegniese konsultant en data-opnemer vir die opname, sal binnekort  telefoniese kontak met alle renoster-eienaars maak. Maak uself vertroud met u renoster-datarekords en gee u volle samewerking en ondersteuning aan haar.
